Our Pool Construction Process

From Initial Consultation to Completion and Handover

Embark on a journey of transformation as we guide you through our seamless and transparent pool construction process. Saying Hello

The first step in the PTX experience is our owner Ryan calling you and saying hello. During this conversation, you will walk him through your ideas and your dream backyard. He will get an idea of what you are looking for and he will also ask you for a survey of your property at this time.

Consultation

After your initial phone call with Ryan, he will send all your information over to our designer. Our designer will schedule a time to come meet with you at your home so they can look over your property’s elevation and get a better idea of the job site and what fits your home and family best.

Design

Once you have met with our designer at your home, they will start preparing your design and custom 3D rendering. Throughout the design process, we work closely with our customers to ensure we are making any necessary changes and adjustments until your design is exactly what you envisioned.

Quote

Once you have finalized your design, we provide a detailed quote for your custom project. We will explain our contract in detail, our fee structure and deadlines and offer you our pool financing options if you are interested.

Showroom

Once we have the green light to begin your project, we schedule an appointment for you to pick your project selections. Our designer will accompany you and assist you as much (or as little) as you desire while choosing your selections.

Go Time

Once your project selections are made, we will begin construction! Our current build time is 4-12 weeks which is mostly dependent on permits, size of your specific project and weather.
